The Harbord Diggers precinct is located on Evans Street in Freshwater and includes adjoining Crown Land. In mid-2011, Harbord Diggers commenced a community consultation, urban design, and planning process to prepare a masterplan to guide the future use of the club the site, and the Freshwater Headland precinct (overall, the Harbord Diggers precinct) functionality

 becomes the basis of the project is enriched by poetry and expertise of architects of the agency. Much attention is paid to the choice of materials and the influence of light on an architecture that can be seen from the outside and saw the interior expertise of the architects of the agency is delivered to the choice.
